This Privacy Policy explains how GLOEZ FOODS LIMITED(“GloezDrinks”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit www.gloezdrinks.co.uk, place an order, or subscribe to our newsletter. What data we collect
- Order & enquiry details — when you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or Instagram to order or ask a question: your name, phone number, delivery address and the details of your order/message.
- Newsletter email — if you subscribe, your email address (collected and stored by Substack, our newsletter provider).
- Technical data — we do not use analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (including IP address) for security and to keep the site running.

How and why we use your data (legal bases)
- To fulfil your order and arrange delivery — legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To respond to enquiries and provide customer service — legal basis: legitimate interests (running and supporting our business).
- To send our newsletter — legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — legal basis: legal obligation.
- To keep the website secure — legal basis: legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We only share data with service providers that help us operate, and never sell your data. These include:
- Substack Inc. — newsletter sign-up and delivery.
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp / Instagram) — when you message us there.
- Our hosting provider (Namecheap) — to serve the website.
- Delivery partners — where needed to deliver your order.
International transfers
Some providers (such as Substack) are based outside the UK, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement / Addendum or an adequacy decision).
How long we keep it
We keep order and enquiry data only as long as needed to provide our service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
